1. Do you offer free vacuums?
Yes! We offer complimentary self-serve vacuum stations at all of our locations in Colorado Springs. Simply pull into an open vacuum stall, pull out the vacuum hose and away you go. As a courtesy to others, please keep your stay in the vacuum area to less than 15 minutes.

2. Do you close on bad weather days?
When temperatures are below 24 degrees Fahrenheit, we may have to close. Wind can play a significant factor in being open as well. Please remember, if you wash your car in temperatures that are below freezing, your doors and windows may freeze shut as well as the concrete being extremely icy.
3. Will my vehicle fit?
We are not able to accommodate any vehicles taller than 7 feet. Pickup beds must be clean and free from any and all items and debris. Absolutely no attachments are allowed such as, but not limited to: UTILITY/LADDER RACK, LUGGAGE/BIKE RACKS, erected power antennas, ETC.
6653 Dalby Dr Location: Dually trucks, and vehicles with tires wider than 12.5″ will not fit on the conveyor. Ford Raptor Trucks are permitted in the wash.
1378 Republic Dr Location: Dually trucks, vehicles wider than 82”, and vehicles with tires wider than 12.5″ will not fit on the conveyor. Ford Raptor Trucks are not permitted in the wash as they are too wide and will damage the equipment.

4. Do you offer interior detailing?
No – as an express, exterior car wash we do not offer interior detailing for your car. Our focus is a thorough and convenient car wash with a friendly team, and complimentary high-powered vacuums and mat wash to keep your car looking like new.
5. Do I stay in my car?
Yes – you just have to put your car in Neutral with feet off pedals and hands off the wheel and our automated conveyor system allows you to stay inside your vehicle throughout the entire cleaning process.
6. What type of mats fit in the mat washer?
Any type of mat without a lip.
7. What is 'Ceramic'?
A ceramic material is an inorganic, non-metallic, crystalline oxide substance-most often comprised of additional elements such as carbon and silicon. Ceramic materials do not deteriorate from chemical erosion when subjected to acids and alkalies and can withstand exceedingly high temperatures. These physical properties are a result of their very stable symmetrical, crystalline structure and chemical composition.
8. How do your Ceramics work?
With routine usage, Ceramics provide a coating comprised of a blend of ceramic precursors, silicones and other siliceous materials that will protect against environmental contaminants, provide an extremely high shine, and generate a highly hydrophobic surface to give a smooth surface and making repeat customers vehicles easier to clean. These visible and durable effects will endure for weeks after every application.
